MASENT LLC is a full‑service design‑build firm based in Loxahatchee, serving all of Palm Beach County. We combine the precision of licensed construction with the creativity of interior design — delivering projects where the design, budget, and build are aligned from day one.
Designer + General Contractor
Lincoln and Wayne Masterson lead every project personally. Lincoln brings a background in interior design, fine art, and architectural visualization. Wayne brings Florida’s CGC license plus additional certifications in electrical, roofing, mold remediation, and underground utility — a rare combination in one operator. Together, we design what we build, and build what we design.
MASENT blends the professionalism and structure of a large design‑build firm with the personal service and on‑site involvement of a local family‑run company.
