Designer + General Contractor:
Lincoln and Wayne Masterson — Interior Designer and General Contractor. Lincoln leads design, with a background in fine art, photography, and fashion. Wayne leads construction, holding Florida's CGC license (CGC1532956) plus separate certifications in electrical, roofing, and underground utility — a credential stack rare in one operator. Both of us are on site, on every project.

Whole-home modernizations in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and the established neighborhoods of West Palm Beach. Existing structure, new layout, new finishes, new mechanicals. Gut renos, additions, second-story builds, indoor-outdoor reconfigurations.
